When I started in staffing in 1993, we were just coming out of a recession. It was very minor compared to our current recession. Jobs were easy to come by and employees were scarce. One of the very first job orders that I took from a client company had a requirement of “being able to fog a mirror” or more clearly – if he/she is breathing and has a pulse, the client will take them.
